What You Need To Know:

Individuals can register and book a ride for themselves. Friends, family members and attendants can also register and book a ride for their loved ones or clients.  Please review our service policy and if you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

Before scheduling a ride, you will be required to register using our online client registration form.

Service is provided for residents of the following municipalities:

Generally, service is provided to residents who cannot because of their physical or mental challenges travel by conventional transit or taxi.  These challenges include the required use of crutches, a cane, a walker or wheelchair; visual impairments; cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer’s and/or developmental challenges.  Challenges need not be permanent; they can be temporary and/or seasonal.

Completion and approval will qualify you or the person you are assisting for service.
