As Ontario is seeing an epidemic of influenza and as COVID cases are still around (there are several Long Term Care facilities which have outbreaks in the region), we must look out for the safety of all, drivers and clients alike.
Starting Monday November 21, 2022, it will be mandatory for both drivers and clients to wear masks while riding inside the vehicle.
If a client refuses to wear a mask, the driver will have the right to refuse a ride.
